Cathleen A. Baumann

Ms. Baumann was appointed Executive Vice President of the Corporation on October 5, 2021 and Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation on September 28, 2022.  Ms. Baumann was previously appointed as Treasurer of the Corporation on July 20, 2009.  Since joining the Corporation as an Accountant in 1988, she has also held the positions of Senior Accountant and Internal Auditor, Vice President of Internal Audit, and Deputy Chief Financial Officer prior to her appointment to the position of Senior Vice President in August 2012. Ms. Baumann received her bachelor’s degree with majors in both Accounting and Economics from Queens College of the City University of New York and her MBA in Finance from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business of the City University of New York.
