Elliott-Chelsea is a 168-unit 22-story building located at 401 West 25th Street on the corner of 9th Avenue in Chelsea in Manhattan built on a former NYCHA parking lot. The apartments, which feature hardwood floors, central cooling and heating, stainless steel appliances, video intercoms and granite countertops. These units are affordable to households with a mix of incomes ranging from 40% AMI ($30,702 for a family of four) to 240% of 2009 AMI ($184,320 for a family of four).
