Following is an inclusive list of HDC-financed developments through our programs targeting the affordable housing needs of the middle-income wage earners. Some buildings are currently accepting applications, while others have been fully rented; information regarding the status is listed. 

For developments which are currently accepting applications, HDC does not administer applications, please see the provided application information/ or advertisement posted for each development to find out how to obtain an application and for income requirements. 
For developments which have completed the application process, contact the managing agent to receive current information regarding the availability of apartments, the status of the waiting list, and specific rent and apartment size information.
