Marc Jahr was appointed HDC President in 2007. Prior to joining the Corporation, he held senior positions with Citibank, LISC and also served in several positions with the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. He is a graduate of the New School College.

Richard Froehlich , Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President for Capital Markets and General Counsel joined HDC in 2003 as Senior Vice President General Counsel. He holds a B.A. degree from Columbia College and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.

Joan Tally, Executive Vice President for Real Estate and Chief of Staff joined HDC in 2001. She has a B.A. in Urban Studies and a Masters in Urban Planning from Hunter College of the City University of New York.

Simon Bacchus, Senior Vice President for Development joined HDC in 2007. He has a Masters Degree in Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from New York University.

Cathleen Baumann, Sr. Vice President Treasurer joined HDC in 1988. She received a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Queens College of the City University of New York and M.B.A. in Finance from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business of the City University of New York.

Ellen Duffy, Sr. Vice President for Debt Issuance and Finance joined HDC in 2009. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Providence College.

Teresa Gigliello, Sr. Vice President for Portfolio Management joined HDC in 1985. She received a Bachelor of Science from St. John's University.

Urmas Naeris, Chief Credit Officer joined HDC in 2000. He has a B.A. in Political Science from City College of the University of New York.

Eileen O'Reilly, Sr. Vice President Loan Servicing joined HDC in 2007. She has a B.A.in Economics from Tufts University and M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Melissa Barkan, Deputy General Counsel joined HDC in 1999. She received a B.S. from the School of Business at State University of New York, Albany and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.

Claudine Brown, Associate General Counsel joined HDC in 2004. She received a B.S. and Bachelor of Law from the University of West Indies and a Post Graduate Diploma from Norman Manley Law School.

Denis Belic, Assistant Vice President Prservation Construction joined HDC in 1994. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from New York Institute of Technology.

Ping Choi, Assistant Vice President Network Operations joined HDC in 1998.He holds an A.A. degree from the Art Institute of Philadelphia and is studying for a Visual Arts degree from the School of Visual Arts in New York.
