The following is a list of HDC-financed developments currently accepting applications for available apartments. HDC does not administer applications, please see the provided application information/ or advertisement posted for each development to find out how to obtain an application and for income requirements. There is no application fee, facilitator, outside expediter or broker involved in this process-filling out the application below is the ONLY way to apply for one of these apartments.

To view the income requirements for HDC programs please visit the Program Finder area of the web site. PLEASE NOTE: Every application is thoroughly checked and all assertions with regard to income and other necessary documentation are reviewed by the developer and HDC to ensure compliance with the applicable program. Tax returns and income are verified with the IRS. If either HDC or the developer notices any irregularities, the file is submitted to the City's Department of Investigation for further investigation. It is a crime to falsify records.

At the bottom of this page you'll find a direct link to the Future Developments listings. These are projects in the initial stage of construction that will begin accepting applications in the near future. You may register to receive announcements via e-mail when affordable housing developments start accepting applications by registering at NYC.gov. Be sure to check the box for "Apartments and Homes for Rent or Sale."
